Vaughn turns 30 on January 10th so we're celebrating at Michael's Cafe this Saturday (1-12-13)! From 7pm -10pm you can look forward to the SWIF Music band at the only spot bringing you the ambiance and music of the Grown & Sexy.

2013 HONOR WALK-PRESENTED BY HONOR WALK FOUNDATION

2013 Honor Walk!
 

Sunday, February 24th, 2013 
7:00am  - 11:00am

The Honor Walk is a 1.4 or 2.8 mile mile walk to honor those of all generations who have served our country. All participants will receive an event t-shirt and personalized dog tag engraved with the name of their veteran. The flat, paved course will tour the beautiful new campus of Grand Canyon University in Phoenix.

The 2013 Honor Walk is presented by Honor Walk Foundation, an Arizona organization founded by veterans to support more than 668,000 Arizonans who have served our country in the nation’s military. We help veterans go “Green to Blue” by providing professional networking, mentoring and career services through our website, AZVeteransLead.com. Nearly 40 percent of the veterans we serve are women.

In 2013 Honor Walk Foundation will donate thirty percent of the proceeds from the event to two carefully selected non-profit organizations serving our veterans. We are proud to recognize Bootstrap USA, a veteran-founded program developed to assist veterans dealing with combat stress and United States Veterans Initiative as recipients of our annual contribution. Both of these organizations work with veterans in Arizona and across the country to provide much needed services.
